To edit or add Transaction Types in RealtyBackOffice, you would want to click Menu > Settings > Admin App Settings > Company/Office Settings > Transaction Types. When you get to this page, you will see the default transaction types that you can drag and drop to your desired order which will show when your Agents create a transaction.
In this setting, you can also add your own transaction types by clicking Add Transaction Type on the upper right corner. When adding a transaction type, note to not add the Agent roles such as listing side or buyer side since this is a separate field already required when creating a transaction in RBO. Also note that when you add a transaction type, it cannot be deleted but you can make it inactive or edit the name by clicking on the three vertical dots next to the transaction type.
